We stock a wide range of organic and fairly traded teas, including herbal infusions and naturally caffeine free alternatives. Along side these we have an extensive range of coffees; ground,beans and instant,again many organic and bearing the fairtrade logo.We also have hot chocolates and coffee substitutes. Fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies, carbonated drinks (some chilled)cordials and bottled water.

Body Care
Our body care range features all the usual products: shampoos and conditioners, soaps and cleansers, moisturisers, facial scrubs, hand creams and toothpastes. Many are organic and paraben and SLS free. We also stock Herbatint hair colourants and various Hennas, both in liquid and powder form.

Bread
We have a daily delivery of fresh bread from the renowned Celtic Bakery in Wood Green. In our selection we have organic white and wholemeal, three seeded loaves as well as Spelt and Rye bread. All the breads are milk and sugar free.

Too many to list in full here.....but to name a few products we stock: Spreads, both sweet and savoury, soups(fresh,tinned & instant) and Essential brand tinned pulses. Our own range of demeter vegetables, sold in glass jars includes: silverskin onions, peas & carrots, gherkins and baked beans. We stock a wide range of pastes, sauces and condiments.

Packed full of tasty and diverse products, both dairy and non dairy there is a lot to choose from our fridge department. As you would expect we sell vegetarian cheeses. Yoghurt wise we have sheep, goat & non dairy soya alternatives.Fresh organic hummus and dips, butters and spreads. Alfalfa sprouts, vegetarian sausages & beany burgers. We also have a fridge almost entirely devoted to various tofus & tempehs:smoked,marinated,BBQ and sweet & sour. In one freezer you'll find all our ice-creams (inlcuding vegan options) and the other contains ready-to-cook nut burgers, veggie sausages,frozen peas & sweetcorn, vegan haggis. We stock organic pies from Clive's and various pasties from Quality foods, many of which are vegan

Household
A whole range of cleaning products available, and all your essentials are on tap at our refill station. Here you can bring in your enpty bottles and refill it with either: washing up liquid,clothes wash & fabric conditioner, multi surface. All you have to do is remember your empty container, which can be any type of bottle as long as it measures volume in 250ml increments.

In our manufacturing sector based at our own warehouse we package many own label products. Easy to buy, pre-weighed dried fruits,nuts, seeds,pulses, rice & sprouting seed mixes. Information on the labels gives cooking advice and product origin & info. Organic and non organic options. We also sell organic dried herbs.
